Teens 14-18 years old: come spend a week with us learning skills, being on the water, and visiting nearby attractions. You'll be challenged, have some fun in the sun, and maybe meet some future crew members…
Each week we'll mix classroom learning with on-the-water training, and will even take fieldtrips to places like the USS Albacore, the Kittery Naval & Historical Society, the Isle of Shoals, and the USS Constitution! (All outdoor activities are weather permitting.)
The camp will run daily M-F from 9am-3pm.

Give us an hour and we’ll give you the skills and confidence needed to get your boat off the dock, out for a day of fun, and back again safely. Give us two and the sky’s the limit. Don’t have a boat? No problem – we do. Just give us a call, and we’ll gladly set up and appointment.
Cost: $60/hour on your boat (we'll come to you…within reason!) - 3 hour minimum
$100/hour on ours (on Lake Winnipesaukee)
AMA also offers fun, unique classroom courses for adults - designed to get you boating safely and confidently. Each course goes more in-depth into each topic than your average boater's safety course! Our purpose is to make you a better boater, not just pass a test.
If you want to "Stop the yelling!" this 16-hour course is for you. We'll cover a variety of topics each night, breaking it down into four nights of learning how to function as a cohesive unit while on the water.
The courses are held on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6pm-10pm.

No, we’re not saying women can’t drive boats as well as men! We just know that some women prefer to take classes, go to the fitness club, etc., only with other women. We’ll cover all the basics – and then some – over the course of four 4-hour classes.
The courses are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm-10pm.

Come find your next captain, or maybe even a mate. Each night you’ll learn about a different boating topic, followed by some refreshments and light snacks. Topics include the likes of rules of the road, using your GPS, navigation, weather, etc. Learn a bit, mingle a bit. Must be 21 or older.
The courses are held Thursday evenings from 7pm to 9pm, followed by refreshments served from 9pm to 10pm.
